What is Hatha Flow Yoga?
Hatha Flow Yoga is a dynamic class linking the breath with sequences of poses. This class helps to increase and improve strength and flexibility as well focusing on the mind-body connection. Breathing and relaxation exercises will also be explored. Participants are encouraged to practice at their own pace – all levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Viridian Yoga is excited to be adding two more Hatha Flow yoga classes!
Time: Classes are held Mondays at 8:30am and Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Angie is a certified Yoga Fit instructor with the BCRPA. She has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching for two years. She currently teaches Hatha Flow classes at the Langara YMCA. Angie believes yoga is for EVERYBODY! Angie’s Hatha Flow Yoga classes blend the physicality of the Vinyasa or Power Flow style with the gentle Hatha style to create classes that are fun, challenging, safe and of course, relaxing!
